- • 步驟A4：[書面審查組]組員受理案件(同時收受業者檢附之紙本附件)
- • 步驟A5：[書面審查組]進行書面審查(會稽核組實地查核)
- • 步驟A6：[書面審查組]組員送交簽核
- • 步驟A7：[書面審查組]完成簽核與移案
若資格符合 進行 步驟B1
若資格不符 進行 步驟A8 - • 步驟A8：[AEO中心審查分組]召開審查會議
- • 步驟A9：[書面審查組]原組員彙整送出簽核
- • 步驟A10：[書面審查組]完成簽核 (移案)
若資格符合 進行 步驟B1
若資格不符 進行 步驟A11 - • 步驟A11：[書面審查組]發函通知業者 (結束)
- • 步驟B1：[安全驗證組]組長指派工作
- • 步驟B2：[安全驗證組]組員進行實地驗證
- • 步驟B3：[安全驗證組]組長確認與移案(同時業者製作安全手冊)
- • 步驟B4：[書面審查組]原組員彙整送出簽核
- • 步驟B5：[書面審查組]完成簽核與移案
- • 步驟B6：[AEO中心審查分組]召開審查會議(同時通知總署頒發證書)
- • 步驟B7：[書面審查組]原組員彙整送出簽核
- • 步驟B8：[書面審查組]發函通知業者 (系統同步業者資料) (結束)

- • Step A1：Applicants completing the application form and self assessment form
- • Step A2：General service dept. reception and delivery, or System automatic dispatch
- • Step A3：[Paper review group]Working assignment by team leader
- • Step A4：[Paper review group]Team members accepted the case
- • Step A5：[Paper review group]Paper review(accompany audit team to survey tour)
- • Step A6：[Paper review group]Team members submit for approval
- • Step A7：[Paper review group]Complete sign and transfer
If the qualifications are met, proceed to step B1
If the qualifications are not met, proceed to step A8 - • Step A8：[AEO center review group]Convene a review conference
- • Step A9：[Paper review group]Original review team member submit for approval
- • Step A10：[Paper review group]complete sign (transfer)
If the qualifications are met, proceed to step B1
If the qualifications are not met, proceed to step A11 - • Step A11：[Paper review group]System sends a notice to applicant by mail (END)

If Applicant belongs to Taipei customs office clearance division 2or Hsinchu Science Park Section, then proceed to step B1
